National Toppers Overseas Scheme

Scheme Eligibility Criteria

An applicant must:

  1. be a Fijian Citizen.
  2. be ordinarily resident in Fiji for at least three (3) years before the award commencement date unless determined by the Board or delegated authority on case-by-case basis.
  3. be in Year 13 or such equivalent studies as determined by TSLS at the time of application. An applicant who has completed Foundation Studies and repeats Year 13 is not eligible to apply for the Scheme.
  4. be ranked as a National Topper in the applied priority area, or its equivalence not offered in Fiji.
  5. secure a place at an eligible institution by means of a final offer letter.
  6. apply for a priority area as advertised by TSLS on its online application portal via www.tsls.com.fj.
