Managing the stress of Sitting for Exams
- Don’t panic- You have done exams before in high school!
- Manage 1 unit/course at a time.
- Don’t cramn everything, as this will make you forget faster
- Be well prepared in terms of resources (calculators, pens, and essentials)
- Know your exam dates and times well!
- Be confident as you have already done your course work and gained some marks that way.
- Be disciplined during your study break to reap the rewards during the exam weeks.

How to Manage Stress Overall
- Eat and Sleep better
- Listen to music or watch your favorite movie
- Stay in touch with family and friends
- Do proper planning to avoid last minute struggles
- Laugh it off! If it wont matter in 5 years, don’t spend more than 5 minutes worrying about it.
- Exercise- it releases positivity throughout your body.
- Try Chamomile tea, Green tea with Lemon or just plain tea if that calms your nerves!
