Scholarships for Merit Based Undergraduate Overseas Scheme (80 Awards).

Eligibility Criteria

An applicant must:

  • Be a Fiji citizen.
  • Be ordinarily resident in Fiji for at least three (3) years before the award commencement date unless determined by the Service or delegated authority on a case-by-case basis.
  • Be in Year 13 in 2024 or such equivalent studies as determined by TSLS at the time of application. An applicant who has completed Foundation Studies or repeats Year 13 is not eligible to apply for the Scheme.
  • Score 340/400 and above in Year 13 examination and apply in a listed programme for Overseas Scholarship.
  • Secure a place at an eligible institution by means of a final offer letter.

    Bachelor of Engineering: Energy Engineering, Hydrology Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Road Engineering, Structural Engineering, Building Service Engineering, Plant Engineering, Mining Engineering, Environmental Engineering.

  • Medical & Health Services:
    Bachelor’s Degree in: Bio Medical Engineering, Speech Therapist, Clinical Psychology/Counselor, Sports Medicine, Sports Science.

  • Agriculture, Forestry & Fisheries:
    Bachelor’s Degree in: Veterinary Sciences, Aquaculture, Fish Technology, Plant Pathologist, Biosecurity, Seafood Science and Technology, Virologist-Livestock, Microbiologist, Agricultural Irrigation.
