The Tertiary Scholarships and Loans Service (TSLS) wishes to inform potential scholarship applicants that online application for new students will open on 2nd of December 2024 for the 2025 academic year. An applicant need to create an account to register and upload necessary information and documents. TSLS mobile friendly online registration, application and processing portal available at www.tsls.com.fj.
Upon registration, applicants proceed to complete personal details, select programme and Tertiary Education Institution, upload bank account/ mobile wallet details, highest educational attainment, and income details, where applicable to relevant schemes.
Year 13 students of 2024 are requested to register and complete necessary details and upload results upon release with final study offer letter from the preferred Tertiary Education Institution. Provisional study offer letter will not be accepted for processing.
Once the application is successfully completed and submitted, the application will move to the processing stage for assessment against the relevant eligibility criteria and the student will be notified accordingly on the email registered on the system. The processing will start after
the release of Year 13 results.

A step-by-step guide video and information is also available on the TSLS website and social media pages. Interested applicants without online access can visit TSLS offices in Suva, Lautoka, Nadi and Labasa to use self-service kiosk.
