Scholarships for High Achievers Higher Education (Level 7) Overseas Scheme (80 Awards)

Eligibility Criteria

An applicant must:

Be a Fiji citizen.

Be ordinarily resident in Fiji for at least three (3) years before the award commencement date unless determined by the Service.

Have completed Year 13 in 2025 or determined by the Service at the time of application. An applicant who has completed Foundation Studies or repeats Year 13 is not eligible to apply for the Scheme.

Score 340/400 and above in Year 13 examination and apply in a listed programme for Overseas Scholarship.

Secure a place at an eligible institution by means of a final offer letter.

Not be an existing TSLS sponsored student or graduate (on active bond service) or sponsored through any other agency.

Bachelor of Engineering: Energy Engineering, Hydrology Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Road Engineering, Structural Engineering, Building Service Engineering, Plant Engineering, Mining Engineering, Environmental Engineering.

Medical & Health Services:
Bachelor’s Degree in: Speech Therapist, Sports Medicine, Sports Science, Prosthetics and Orthosis.
No. of Awards: 10

Agriculture, Forestry & Fisheries:
Bachelor’s Degree in: Veterinary Sciences, Aquaculture, Fish Technology, Plant Pathologist, Biosecurity, Seafood Science and Technology, Virologist-Livestock, Microbiologist, Agricultural Irrigation.

Information Technology Services:
Bachelor’s degree in: Software Development/Engineering, Cyber Security, Geographical Information System, Business Analytics/Informatics, Geological Information System, Artificial Intelligence and Data Science.
