Eligibility Criteria

An applicant must:

Be a Fiji citizen.

Be ordinarily resident in Fiji for at least three (3) years before the award commencement date unless determined by the Service or delegated authority on a case-by-case basis.

Be able to secure a final offer letter in an eligible funded programme and demonstrate tertiary study ability, endorsed by the National Council for Persons with Disabilities.

Not be an existing TSLS sponsored/funded student or sponsored through any other agency.

Not be on an existing bond service.
