Eligibility Criteria

An applicant must:

  • Be a Fiji citizen. Be ordinarily resident in Fiji for at least three (3) years before the award commencement date unless determined by the Service or delegated authority on a case-by-case basis.
  • Must obtain an offer letter from a training provider or industry-based organisation with training facilities for the eligible grant skills set.
  • Be at least 17 years at the time of application.
  • Not be in any form of employment during the period of sponsorship.
  • Be an active entrepreneur for SME for Existing Small Entrepreneurs skill set.
  • Not be an existing TSLS sponsored/funded student or sponsored through any other agency.
