Higher Education (Level 7) With Minimum Cut Off Mark Scheme

Eligibility Criteria

 An applicant must:

  1. be a Fiji citizen.
  2. be ordinarily resident in Fiji for at least three (3) years before the award commencement date unless determined by the Board or delegated authority on case-by-case basis.
  3. have successfully completed Year 13 Examination in 2011 or Foundation Studies thereafter and scored a minimum mark as stated in the table below.
  4. secure a place at an eligible institution by means of a final offer letter.
  5. not have a combined parental income or business net worth of more than $100,000 unless allowed by means testing.
